To provide you with time for self-care, habit building, and routines in an environment that is conducive to healing. We do this while connecting with others, connecting with nature, and connecting with yourself so that when you go back home, you can have a more harmonious life. If this resonates with you, we look forward to seeing you at our next retreat. You will experience healing and relaxation in a intimate group setting of 10 guests or less. You will learn healthy routines and habits to help you find joy and peace in your daily life. 

Location

Our retreats are held on a beautiful 34+ acre private estate 2 hours north of Houston, Texas. We experience the tranquility and peace that nature brings. During our retreats, you will have the opportunity to explore the grounds, jump in the pool, and relax.
